    KURT PRYNNE accepts returns on all products for any reason. Just as long as item & packaging is returned in perfect condition.

    If you have purchased anything on KURT PRYNNE, but didn’t:

    - Receive the right products or sizing;

    - Receive your products within the guaranteed delivery time (45 days)

    you may apply for a full refund from us.


    However we can't give you full refund under the following circumstances:

    - Your KURT PRYNNE order didn’t arrive due to factors within your control (for example you provide us with the wrong shipping address)

    - Your KURT PRYNNE order didn’t arrive due to one or other circumstances outside the control of KURT PRYNNE (for example: not cleared by customs, a force majeure, COVID19 related delays or similar).

    Yes, you are responsible for the return costs.

    ATTENTION! Due COVID-19 related traveling restrictions, deliveries to countries under a strickt lockdown may experience major delays. Up to 18 days to EU, up to 22 days to non-EU and up to 54 to US. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

    Regular delivery times vary per country. To EU countries 10-18 days, non-EU countries 18-24 days. This depends mostly on the time it takes for customs and the local post carrier to deliver you package.

    - Our deliveries are handled by our third-party companies, this means they might ship the products one or two days later than we plan. It also means that we can’t guarantee that the products are being delivered on the day we plan.


    If your item is in stock, please allow 2-4 business days to process your order once payment is received and cleared. Please note during high volume sale periods or new releases there may be delays – we appreciate your patience during this time! Once shipped, you will be emailed with tracking information to follow your order to its destination. Please note there is no dispatch on weekends or public holidays.


    Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties and fees. As we ship to over 50 countries, some may require additional fees paid COD (Collect On Delivery). In this case the fees are paid to the local carrier. KURT PRYNNE does not collect fees and has no control over what local governments charge.
